Why Baby Dedication Matters

Parenting is an invitation to know God’s Love and share that Love into the life of a child. As God pours into us to overflow, we pour into our children to overflow. Declaring and demonstrating what it means to be a part of God’s family- the answer to the need in the world around us.

Baby dedications do not ensure a relationship between the child and God. They are a commitment of the parents to lead their child to Jesus through their own lives. To teach and demonstrate a love of God through their own lives that encourages the child to own faith
for themselves.
