Why we give.
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.
What is the difference between our funds?
General Fund
The General Fund takes care of day-to-day operations for Cornerstone Chapel. (Pastor Salary, utilities, ministry expenses, etc. ) This is the "default" fund if no fund is specified with your donation.
Great Commission Fund
The Great Commission Fund supports international workers within Alliance Missions. These gifts specifically help spread the Good News of Christ all over the world.
Benevolence
The Benevolence Fund helps those who are close to or within the congregation who are experiencing hard times.
Building Fund
The Building Fund finances any special building projects that are outside the scope of the general fund.
Ways To Give
Give Online
You can give right here online! Just enter your amount, pick which fund you want your donation to be marked for and how often you'd like to make this gift.
Give In Person
You can give in person on Sunday mornings or anytime you are on site for an event. There is a lock box at the back of the sanctuary that you can drop your donation into. Just mark on the envelope which fund you'd like your donation to be for so our office staff know how to use your gift.
Mail A Check
You can mail a check to Cornerstone Chapel at 620 Rt 23 N, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444. Just write on the memo line which fund you'd like your gift to be put into.
